MAMAZ,

support team
As part of our program to raise funds for the maintenance and development of the group, was held on December 5 with maize meal as a central theme of the menu, which was intended to raise the money to convert group in a non-profit organization.

To this date we had the collaboration of renowned chefs Susan Thrilling Oaxaca (creator of the menu), Reina Mendoza, Teresa Garcia and Pilar Cabrera (restaurant La Olla), who generously donated not only his talent but also food. For this amazing meal we had, among others, Huitlacoche pies, corn tamales with poblano sauce, cornbread, corn pudding with passion fruit cream mezcal and corn ice cream also. Needless to say, is food became an entire dining experience of regional flavors played by these inventive chefs.
