On the day that many of our people celebrate the start of the corn crop and on the eve of the commemoration of the Bicentennial of Independence and the Revolution.
Today more than ever, the claim of independence, land and freedom vibrate nuestros corazones y estómagos. Convocamos a todo México a elevar ese sentimiento hacia las manos, porque ésta es la hora de actuar.
La verdadera independencia del país reside en la capacidad de alimentarnos sin depender de las importaciones de granos y otros alimentos básicos. Por eso hoy invitamos a conjuntar esfuerzos para defender lo que nuestros pueblos han creado, reproducido y defendido por siglos y a repetir
