Born in Santo Domingo in 1963. BA in Psychology in 1989 and Faculty of Arts in 1993 both from the Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo (UASD) and Master in Social Work from New York University (2005). He was a member of the founding group del Colectivo de Escritoras Aída Cartagena Portalatín y formó parte del Taller Literario César Vallejo de la UASD hasta trasladarse a la ciudad de Nueva York, en donde reside y trabaja como psicoterapeuta desde 1996.
Sus poemas, cuentos y ensayos han aparecido en periódicos y revistas literarias de su país y del exterior. Su obra ha sido incluida en las antologías: Juego de Imágenes: la nueva poesía dominicana , Ediciones Hojarasca, 1995 y 2001; Al filo del agua: veinte años de poesía dominicana , (1979-1999), César Vallejo Literary Workshop, Santo Domingo, UASD, 2000 and New Masters of Contemporary Hispanic Poetry , The Refined Savage, 2002, among others. He has published: The booklet. Psychodynamics considerations about crime (1987) and his book of poetry in a bilingual edition: Being del Silencio / Silence of Being , Essential Icon Press, February 2003. Orbit concern is his second book of poems.
born Santiago de los Caballeros in 1973. In 1992 she completed her undergraduate studies at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra in his hometown. The following year, 1993, he moved to New York where he lived since. In 2003 he qualified as Bachelor of Professional Studies for the Metropolitan College of New York. Master's degree in creative writing software in English from New York University and is currently continuing his graduate studies in Literature and English and Latin American Culture in the seat of the same university in Madrid. In 2009 he received a scholarship from the Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance (NoMAA) for his next literary project.
is founder and president of the Living Memorial Foundation of New York and co-founder of the International Society of Writers (SIE). His works have been published in literary supplements in the United States, Journal and international literary anthology: Sappho: The most recent poets Dominican Editions Fierro Angels, Dominican Republic, 2004 and Basement 00931 Number international anthology of Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico, Basement Editions 2009. The flight of madness is his first book published (Ediciones The Refined Savage, USA, 2006).
